Key Responsibilities
Provides strategic leadership and oversight for all human resources functions, including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, board policies, and labor agreements.
Oversees employee onboarding, performance evaluations, professional growth, and personnel matters across all employee groups.
Collaborates with district leadership to support a positive work environment, guide HR-related decision-making, and align staffing with district goals.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinates all aspects of the district hiring process, including new employee intake for professional staff and required employee clearances.
Manages employee leaves, absences in AESOP, resignations, retirements, and exit appointments for support staff.
Maintains and updates the GVESP seniority list and track transportation certifications.
Serves as a central point of contact for employee services, ensuring smooth communication and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manages the teacher certification process, salary track advancements (GVEA), and tuition reimbursement requests.
Oversees new employee intake and clearances for professional staff, ensuring all onboarding requirements are met.
Coordinates professional staff resignations, retirements, exit appointments, and the GVEA seniority list.
Serves as the point of contact for the Teacher Sick Bank and Employee Assistance Program (EAP), supporting staff well-being and benefits access.

Serves as the first point of contact for all visitors to the Education Center.
Answers and routes incoming calls to appropriate departments and personnel.
Monitors visitor access and maintain security protocols.
Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Ensures all required PA school clearances are current and on file.
