SECTION 001113 – BID ADVERTISEMENT – REVISED AD 2/3
Contractors are invited to submit SEALED BIDS for the Garnet Valley School District –
Pennington Reuse and Campus Master Plan for the following projects:
Pennington Building, Field House, Storage Building and Athletic Fields.
BIDS ARE INVITED ON A LUMP SUM BASIS FOR THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTS:
Contract No. 1 - General Construction
Contract No. 2 - Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction
Contract No. 3 - HVAC Construction
Contract No. 4 - Electrical Construction
Sealed bid proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 08, 2024 – AD2 in the Board Room of the District Administration Building, 80 Station Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342 Attn: Christopher Wilson. Faxed bids will not be accepted. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and date listed above.
A mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024. Bidders will meet at the District Administration Building, 80 Station Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342.
An additional mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, September 4, 2024 for all bidders including additional new bidders. Bidders will meet at the District Administration Building, 80 Station Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342. – AD3

1. A link to download the documents will be provided in .pdf format for a non-refundable cost of One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($125.00). Payment can be made via American Express, Visa or MasterCard only to BLUEDGE. No checks will be accepted.
2. Prime Contractors are responsible for the cost of delivery and must provide a FedEx or UPS account number to BLUEDGE upon submitting payment.
3. Drawings and Specifications will be made available to the following plan rooms:

Bidders may place orders, and documents will be available beginning July 19, 2024.
In order to ensure registered bidders receive addenda and bid-related correspondence, requests for Bid Documents MUST – AD3 include the following information:
