Our Technology Team is asking all end-users to submit any device issue and login question through our new Tech Support ticketing system called One to One Plus. This system allows our Technology Team to better track issues, create reports, and ultimately, better serve our end users.
To submit a ticket in our tech support system, you can log in with your child's @garnetvalley email address or use the parent login information below:
Use the “Log in with Google” button and use your child’s @garnetvalley.org email address and password OR
Type in the following generic username and password information (username: gvsdparent) (password:garnetvalley)

ALMA
Alma usernames usually look like firstname.lastname, but some variances exist because of duplicate names, nicknames, and name changes. For your username, please reference the Account Activation email from notifications@getalma.com, which you would have received after signing in and setting your password the first time. If you need help, please contact info@getalma.com or techsupport@garnetvalley.org and someone will help you get up and running!
If you have not received an email from Alma, please be sure to check your spam mail folder for the automated e-mail from notifications@getalma.com, with your Account Setup information. Once the password is reset, you should also receive an e-mail indicating "Account Activation Complete" - the account activation e-mail will contain the username. Please note your username is NOT your email address.

SNAP HEATH PORTAL
Parents and legal guardians that have an email address in Alma should have received their secured login credentials to the SNAP Health Portal. The email came from noreply@studentehr.com. Please check your spam folder if you do not remember seeing this notice. Once you log into the SNAP system, please update your child's health information (as needed), including the medication consent section.
