Facilities & Maintenance

Step 1…

In order to submit a request for the use of a facility, room, or building please start by contacting your building administrator, or Maureen Fredricks at fredrim@garnetvalley.org to obtain the password needed to move forward.

Step 2…

• Access MySchoolBuilding (School Dude) by clicking the link.

• You may need to enter the organization number 733073857 the first time your computer accesses the site.

• Once you are at the login page, log in using your GV email address.

• Fill in your work request or facility request using the available fields.

• Be as descriptive as you can when you describe the work needed.

• Please make certain all the "required fields" are filled in, then submit your work order using the password you acquired from your administrators.
