11-30-2021 Masking Update

Dear School Community, 

Earlier today, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court of Pennsylvania reinstated Governor Tom Wolf’s administration’s mandate requiring students, teachers and staff to wear face masks in school. It will remain in effect until further notice. Oral arguments are scheduled to begin on December 8th in Philadelphia. The Court will then render a decision on the legalities of the Acting Secretary of Health’s mask mandate. There is no timeframe or deadline for the Court to render a decision.

I realize that following this issue has become confusing and even frustrating. I, however, will keep you up-to-date with information as I receive it. Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation!
